Dear Customers and Suppliers,

As always, our priority at Lyle Machinery Co. is the safety of our customers and employees. During these challenging times, as a Critical Infrastructure supplier under the Department of Homeland Security, we continue to support our customers and are striving to provide unequaled service and support. In order to facilitate this level of support we have taken the following steps to limit exposure to our employees and customers in addition to our No Visitor Policy.

Rental and Sales Departments are all working, but we believe it’s time to utilize technologies to satisfy our customers’ needs. Accordingly, we are asking our customers to call, text, e-mail, and utilize our apps (E-Parts Central) to place parts, service, rental and sales requests. We do have a “Critical Only” workforce at all of our facilities. This includes rental, parts counter, technicians, service dispatch personnel and field technicians, including rotation schedules where possible for extra protection. The balance of our staff has been asked to work from home.

We have enacted Curb-Side Parts Pickup at all locations. We are asking all of our customers to either Call-In to their local location or Order On-Line, through E-Parts, www.myKomatsu.com or at www.lylemachiery.com/parts for as many orders as possible.

Again, Lyle Service Departments are operating at full capacity, both shop and field. We ask for you to call in to schedule service work. Our shops have implemented a sanitation policy to wipe critical “hand touch” areas. This is being performed for both customer machines and rental / sales inventory.
